2. Consultation Services

We offer initial consultation appointments to prospective clients seeking assistance with various U.S. immigration matters, including student visas, green cards via marriage or employment, and political asylum.

a. Duration: Consultations are available in 15-minute and 30-minute time slots. b. Scope: The consultation is intended to provide general information and an initial assessment of your immigration case. It does not constitute legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.

3. Scheduling and Fees

a. Booking: Consultations can be scheduled via our website at futurefrontierimmigration.com or by contacting us at info@futurefrontierimmigration.com. b. Fees: The fee for a 15-minute consultation is $100. The fee for a 30-minute consultation is $150. Fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

a. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charge, subject to availability. b. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be refunded.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. Any information you provide during the consultation will be treated with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The information provided during the consultation is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of relying on information provided during the consultation.

7. No Attorney-Client Relationship

The consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only established upon the execution of a formal agreement and payment of the required retainer fee.
